Lindsay Lohan almost got served this morning on her way to the set of “Labor Pains.”
Get this, this wasn’t even something that deals with her, instead the papers are for her girlfriend, Samantha Ronson.
Umm, last time I checked they needed to actually serve the person that was getting sued.
Lindsay commented as, “It’s not my lawsuit.”
After that you see her bodyguard get between the man with papers and Lindsay, knocking them to the ground and staying by her side.
