Ali Lohan Gets a Nose Job

Ali Lohan is once again being rumored to have a nose job. Stop, before you run to grab the latest magazine with her in it. This is NOT true, while I’m sure she might get her hair and nails done I doubt very seriously that her mother would allow her to get a nose job.
This is a girl that has the voice and looks of a Hollywood celebrity, at least for now she does NOT need any body work done. Keep in mind, this is a young girl that is in early puberty, if there are any changes to her face it is because of mother nature.
